Liz & Tim have slowly optimised the space in their delightful stone cottage; UK

When Liz and Tim fell in love with the genuine character of this small, 18th-century cottage in a Dorset village, they knew they had some work ahead. Because of the cottage's limited size, they deliberately kept the colours light and soft to stop it feeling dark or oppressive. The couple have used every inch of space - including their delightful garden - to create a warm and welcoming country home.
