A touch of Tim Burton's "A Nightmare Before Christmas'' as well as a family artistic background and home are the inspiration behind Grace's crafted characters. Her amazing creations are inspired by animation her surroundings and home. It's about three o'clock in the afternoon and Grace is busily working on one of her many creations lined up on the desk in the newly built studio at the back of her Lincolnshire home. There's a gentle waft of Radio Four about the place and two lanky dogs (Grace and her mother Rachel's rescue dogs Greyhound Woody and German wire-hair pointer Demo) loll on the rug waiting with a watchful eye on Grace's miniature thimble to be put down a sure sign that a walk will be on the cards.
