It's easy to see why Mike and Jenny were attracted to this two-acre plot, which was a stone's throw away from their three-bedroom Victorian semi in Surrey. On the lookout for somewhere with more space for the kids, and the potential to redevelop, the couple used the opportunity to start completely from scratch.
