Karen and her husband purchased this Queen Anne village house in 2007 chromed by its unpredictable interior layout and large garden with an orchard beyond. Months of remedial work and redecoration included converting the loft as their bathroom where they have installed a pair of baths for chat and soak time at the end of the day. Karen loves living with light colours and natural materials. She buys at local antique and boot fairs finding old linen sheets and grain sacks for blinds cushions and upholstery. Quirky accessories are irresistible too. With her garden in full bloom flowers and branches fill vases in every room.
