When Theresa and David Osen bought this terraced house in Deal they intended to use it as a weekend bolt hole from their busy lives in London. But when David found a job in Kent they opted to take the plunge and live there permanently. 'We enjoyed coming here so much that we decided to rent out the London flat as the new high speed train meant that a daily commute to the city was feasible for me' says Theresa.
