Lotte and Michael Kelley were looking for a property with character to move to from their modern home when they came across a house that was almost perfect. 'We were viewing a place we liked the look of, but while we were upstairs, we looked out of the bedroom window onto a pretty weatherboarded coach house, ' recalls Lotte. 'I remember saying to Michael, “This one's nice, but I love the house next door”. Three days later the particulars for the coach house dropped through the door, it was as though it was meant to be.' And the house proved to be exactly that – meant for them.
