Surrounded by country in the heart of a perfect English village irresistibly drew the owners’ to bid for this perfect Georgian rectory. Cows graze in peaceful green fields beyond the 18 th century rectory, which the new owners affectionately describe as ‘a small house with a big heart. ’ Kate Toller and her husband Guy first set their eyes upon it whilst visiting the quintessentially English village in Northamptonshire. As Kate knew the village from her early years living there with her parents, she and Guy quickly revisited and were captured by its magic.
