When Kim and Simon came across a 10 acre site in the glorious Kent countryside, they knew it was too good an opportunity to miss. The couple were looking for plenty of space for their three daughters, horses and dogs to create a spacious home, develop extensive gardens and somewhere to keep horses. Ten years later the couple have completed phase two and built an extension.
