Spencer and Kirsty found the village of their dreams and hoped that the house of their dreams would be in it! A modern house built in 1982 with Cotswold stone exterior, gabled windows and vaulted doors proved that modern houses can have character. And stepping inside, the sweeping staircase, spacious high ceilinged rooms, stone fireplaces, deep window seats and double oak doors gave this 30 year old house immense charm. It also had an acre of garden, beyond which stretched fields and hills.
