End of terrace corner houses are like gold dust in any city, highly sought after and passionately fought over. Gretchen and Jos Trusted were over the moon when they bought one in Chelsea, not too far from the river. ‘Coming from California, living near water under an open sky without a tower block in sight all means a lot to us.
