Unique home of a designer in Breda

Marjan designed the oak kitchen cabinets herself and had them made by a local carpenter, then she turned her hand to customising the furniture to her own taste. A new cupboard was given old glass doors, backed with school-blackboard-paint. A basic dining table, meanwhile, got a new lease on life with a lick of high gloss sage-green paint, the same colour as the matt walls.
